Appointments

  • Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. Due to the nature of our timed bookings, late arrivals will unfortunately need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Bookings & Pricing

  • Colour Refresh treatment prices are available to existing clients only, and do not include a complimentary touch-up. To avoid any disappointment or inconvenience, we kindly ask that you read through the Pre-Treatment Considerations above before attending your appointment. Please note that treatments are non-refundable and pricing is not negotiable.

Your Safety & Comfort

  • You'll be asked to complete and sign a Client History and Consent Form before your treatment. This information is kept strictly confidential and is required for your own safety and comfort, as well as for our ongoing professionalism and insurance purposes.

  • Your treatment is carried out under the most stringent hygiene practices. All sharps equipment is single-use and disposed of immediately, so your safety is never compromised.

  • If you experience any reactions or concerns following your treatment, please contact your artist straight away so we can support you with further advice.

Photography

A "before and after" photo will be taken of the cosmetic tattooing area. These images are used solely to represent our work on social media. If you'd prefer your photos not be shared, simply let us know — we're always happy to respect your privacy.

Things to Be Aware Of

How your skin heals and retains pigment is entirely your body's own process, and lies outside the artist's control. Even with aftercare followed perfectly, there is always a chance that pigment may not hold in the skin or last as long as expected — this is not the fault of the artist.

  • A few factors can also influence your results:

  • Skin-altering procedures such as plastic surgery, cosmeceutical treatments, or injections may change or degrade the skin and affect how your cosmetic tattoo holds.

  • Certain medical conditions or medications may prevent pigment from retaining, or cause it to fade quickly or shift in colour.

  • Achievable results may vary with each application over time, due to natural changes in your skin and lifestyle factors. This too is not the fault of the artist.

BOOKING DEPOSIT &
CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A booking deposit is required at the time of reserving your appointment. Please note that all booking deposits are non-refundable.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Anything less than this is considered a late cancellation and deposit will be forfeited.

  • No-shows or cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur the full treatment fee, and to secure a future booking, full upfront payment will be required.

  • By confirming your booking, you agree to all of the above.
